Southwest Ontario Established Oral Surgery Practice Purchase Opportunity
The practice is located in a purpose-built building less than 20 years old, within a larger urban centre in southwest Ontario. The purchaser may also consider ownership in the building. The facility has 3 equipped operatories, 1 consult operatory, 2 recovery rooms, multiple administrative spaces, and more. The majority of equipment is between 2 and 20 years old.
There are over 200 regular GP referral sources, and experienced staff members in place, the majority of whom are registered nurses. The practice is authorized to provide deep sedation/general anaesthesia and is an authorized dentoalveolar CT scan provider with the CBCT panoramic x-ray only 2 years old.
Following transition, the current owner will eventually fully retire. The owner is motivated to handover the reigns to an experienced oral surgeon and/or to mentor a newer grad. The owner will provide a minimum three year transition commitment with reducing days over time.
